The Drs. Sloan are a power couple in Houston, Texas. Dr. Sonja Sloan is an orthopaedic surgeon, author and pillar of her community. Dr. Timothy Sloan is the pastor of The Luke Church, with a congregation of greater than 5000 people. He is also an author and an activist. We spent time with them the day after the Brianna Taylor ruling.
